I am a Boston-based UX design professional and leader with more than 20 years of experience. I love being hands-on and bring a proven demonstration of strategy, vision, communication, and management. While my education is in Graphic Design, I started my career in the web consulting/design space, and later moved to in-house design and leadership working in several industries and across channels and mediums. Most recently I have returned to User Experience design/leadership to help solve real-world problems, focusing on cohesive omnichannel customer experiences that align to measurable customer and business outcomes.
I have extensive experience leading diverse projects and building and managing teams in consensus-driven environments. I enjoy collaborating across teams but am also comfortable working solo. I have experience with hiring, training, managing and mentoring talent as well as resourcing, hiring, and managing vendors. I consider myself a life-long learner and intend to continue digging, growing, and discovering new things as much as I can.
